AVON, Conn. (WTNH) -- An IT worker at Apple Health Care Inc. in Avon was arrested after a co-worker found his company issued iPhone was recording people in the bathroom.

Police say Joseph Boucher, 36, hid his iPhone in a Kleenex box and recorded his co-workers using the bathroom. When a female co-worker discovered the phone on April 25, it was actively recording and streaming live video and audio to Boucher's company issued computer.

The following day, Avon police searched Boucher's home and seized his iPhone along with other items of digital media and his personal computers.

Boucher was charged with three counts of voyeurism.

He turned himself into police on May 23 and was later released on a $50,000 surety bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on June 6.
