NAUGATUCK, Conn. (WTNH) -- A Naugatuck man was arrested after allegedly hitting his son and son's friend during an argument.
Shortly after 8 p.m. Tuesday, officers responded to 28 Beacon Wood Court for a medical complaint.
Officers initially responded to an intoxicated man who had fallen.
During the investigation, police learned that the accused, 50-year-old Thomas Scianna, hit his son and son's friend.
Police said Scianna was arguing with his son and hit him during the argument. He also hit his son's friend who was visiting at the time.
Scianna was charged with risk of injury to a minor and disorderly conduct.
Bond was set at $5,000.
