FAIRFIELD, Conn. (WTNH) -- A Shelton man was arrested for a bakery robbery in Fairfield Saturday.
While investigating two recent robberies, police were able to obtain an arrest warrant for Christopher French, 36, of 23 Huntington Heights.
He was arrested for a robbery that occurred at Adams Bakery.
French was charged with first-degree robbery and fifth-degree larceny.
When in custody French confessed to the crime.
