Man arrested for Glastonbury armed robbery

GLASTONBURY, Conn. (WTNH)-- A Southington man was arrested on robbery charges in Glastonbury on Wednesday.

Police say after an investigation into the November 7, 2012 armed robbery of a Mobil, at 2952 Main Street, they identified Angel Delgado, 37, as the suspect.

Police say Delgado wore a mask and robbed the lone clerk at gunpoint.

He was charged with robbery, larceny and carrying a dangerous weapon.

Delgado was identified as a suspect after getting arrested for a robbery in Southington. He is also suspected in as many as a dozen area robberies and his facing charges for those as well.
