SHELTON, Conn. (WTNH) -- A West Haven man was arrested Wednesday in connection with an armed robbery that happened in Shelton in November.
The robbery occurred around 9:30 p.m. on November 30th, at the Citgo Gas Station, located at 442 River Rd.
According to police, a white man entered the store and made a purchase. The man then leaned over the counter, displayed a knife, and demanded money.
The man then fled the store.
Police said no one was injured during the incident and no other customers were inside the store when the incident occurred.
Anthony Simons, 44, was arrested and charged with first-degree robbery and sixth-degree larceny.
Bond was set at $100,000.
