WEST HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) -- A West Haven man was arrested in connection with four separate arson incidents.
Police said 29-year-old Thomas Schall, of 711 Savin Ave., was arrested on four separate cases involving arson, criminal mischief and reckless burning. All of the incident occurred on different occasions at 711 Savin Avenue apartments.
Investigation showed Schall had set fire to a dumpster, trash chute, and removed fire extinguishers from the apartment hallway.
Schall was charged with third-degree arson, second-degree criminal mischief, reckless burning, and two counts of first-degree criminal mischief.
Combined bond was set at $70,000.
