LEDYARD, Conn. (WTNH) -- A Gales Ferry man was arrested Wednesday following a domestic disturbance.
The incident happened shortly after 5 p.m., at a home on Clark Lane.
When police arrived they found the male suspect had moved into the garage of the home and refused to come out.
After approximately 20 minutes, police were able to take the suspect, 49-year-old Timothy E. Epperson, of 3 Clark Lane, into custody.
Epperson was charged with first-degree reckless endangerment, breach of peace, and risk of injury to a minor.
He is scheduled to appear in court on September 13th.
