MILFORD, Conn. (WTNH) -- A man accused of injuring his girlfriend's 3-year-old daughter was arraigned in Milford on Friday.
Monserrate Pérez-Soto, 52, is accused of hurting a 3-year-old girl so badly that her leg is in a cast from the hip down. Police say Pérez-Soto also hurt the girl's mother, who has bruises on her arm.
He turned himself into police on Thursday night.
He has been charged with two counts of risk of injury, assault in the second degree, assault in the third degree and disorderly conduct.
He was given a $100,000 bond.
The Department of Children and Families is involved in the case.
