Man charged with intentionally crashing car

NORTH STONINGTON, Conn. (AP) — A 41-year-old North Stonington man is charged with intentionally crashing a car carrying a small child.

State police tell The Day of New London that Marc Caswell crashed his vehicle into another along Route 2 on Aug. 20, causing a three-car accident.

He was charged Friday with reckless endangerment, risk of injury to a minor and breach of peace.

The driver of the second car, 22-year-old Rahjon Moses of New London, also was charged with breach of peace and risk of injury to a minor.

Caswell is scheduled to appear Sept. 28 in New London Superior Court. Moses is due in the same court on Wedneday.
