Sherman, Conn. (WTNH) - A man suspected in a bank hold-up in Sherman is rammed a state police vehicle before he was arrested, state police said.
Todd Froelich, 38, of Danbury, was arrested by state troopers on Route 7 in Danbury.
Froelich is accused of robbing the Webster Bank branch in Sherman on Thursday morning.
Before he was taken into custody Froelich reportedly rammed his car into a vehicle being driven by a state trooper. Froelich faces charges that include robbery and assault on a police officer when he appears in court.
He was held on a $750,000 bond.
Becky Kim Teck, 40, of Danbury, who was with Froelich, was also picked up on a probation violation, police said.
None of the state troopers were hurt.
