HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) -- A man was shot three times in the leg Saturday morning after an argument, police say.

Hartford police are looking for a suspect who left the scene of an argument early Saturday morning before returning with a gun and shooting a man three times in his left leg.

Police were called to the scene at 115 Franklin Avenue shortly before 6 a.m. Saturday.

The male victim was taken to Hartford Hospital for treatment and his injuries are non-life threatening.

This incident started as an argument between four people before it escalated into a shooting.

The shooting suspect is described as a 6-foot Hispanic man with short black hair. He was last seen on foot traveling west on Shultas Place. He was wearing a red, white and blue t-shirt and faded jean shorts.
