Man shot inside car in Hartford

HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) -- Police are investigating a shooting that happened in Hartford Friday afternoon.

The incident occurred on Whitmore Street.

Police said a man was shot inside his car and his injuries are non-life threatening.

Officers who responded to the scene discovered a Buick that had been shot several times.

The investigation is ongoing.

There are no suspects at this time.
