Man steals credit card, uses across Torrington

TORRINGTON, Conn. (WTNH) -- Police are searching for a man who used a credit card that had been stolen in Torrington on Friday.

Police say that an unlocked vehicle was entered into in the north end of Torrington on Friday. A credit card was stolen from the vehicle.

The stolen credit card was used at several businesses in Torrington, including Wal*Mart, McDonald's, Wasteland and Exxon-Mobil.

An unidentified man, who was using the stolen credit card, was captured on video surveillance footage.
