MANCHESTER, Conn. (WTNH) -- A Manchester man was arrested on numerous drug charges Thursday.
On Thursday, a search warrant was executed at a home located at 8 (J) Rachel Rd., in Manchester. Police had developed information that narcotic activity was taking place at the address.
While searching the home, officers seized marijuana, packaging, scales, $1,400 and other drug paraphernalia.
The resident, 26-year-old Timothy Stephens was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a drug factory, and risk of injury.
Police said there was a small child residing in the home and DCF is going to be notified.
Bond was set at $5,000.
