A Connecticut lawyer whose father was portrayed by Tom Cruise in "A Few Good Men" has been arrested on allegations of cheating at the MGM Grand Casino.

State police say Walter Bansley IV of New Haven took his $10 bet off the craps table in violation of casino rules Wednesday night, then refused to leave.

Police say he also urinated on the floor outside his detention cell.

He is to be arraigned on larceny and other charges Sept. 17.

Bansley vehently denied all charges Thursday. He says casino officials wanted an excuse to oust him because he was $4,000 ahead in winnings and had refused their suggestion to go to a competing casino.
