Bridgeport (AP) - Federal drug agents and Connecticut police have arrested a Bronx, N.Y., man in a drug robbery and fatal shooting in Danbury.

Heriberto Gonzalez, 29, was arrested Wednesday by Danbury police and U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration agents.

He's the second man indicted in the murder and robbery of Edward Rivera, a Bronx man whose bullet-riddled body was found in February along Route 37, near New Fairfield.

Andrew Zayac, 29, of Scarsdale, N.Y., has been arrested earlier. The two are accused of robbing Rivera of his marijuana stash, then killing him.

The indictment accused the two of kidnaping resulting in death, using a firearm to commit premeditated murder and using a firearm to commit felony murder.

Each of those charges carries a maximum life sentence and is eligible for the death penalty.
