Hartford (AP) - A suspect is in custody for one of two separate shootings in Hartford over the weekend in which six people were wounded within blocks of each other.

Police say five of the wounded were found outside of Papa's Pizza on Union Place just after 2 a.m. Saturday.

Byron Taylor, 21, of Hartford, is being held on $4 million bond for a court appearance Monday on assault and other charges for the shootings outside the pizzeria.

About a half hour before the five were wounded, another person was shot a few blocks away after a fight at the Mansion nightclub. No arrests have been made in that shooting.

The shooting victims remain hospitalized.
