Hartford (WTNH) - Eight people were arrested at a Phish concert Friday night after 19 tanks of nitrous oxide were found, police say.
Officers were called to the parking lot of Comcast Theater Saturday at 5:30 p.m. for reports of a narcotics violation. When they arrived they found the suspects in possession of the nitrous oxide, several grams of marijuana and $1,190.
The eight suspects were charged with possession of a restricted substance. They are from Pennsylvania, Connecticut and Florida.
