New Britain (WTNH) - It's been nearly three years since a 14-year old New Britain teen was shot to death while he slept. Three arrests have been made, including two just yesterday, but police say they are still looking for another man wanted in connection to the boy's murder.

In August of 2006, Jose Pagan was shot to death as he slept in his bed. Family members believe the bullets were meant for someone else living on the other side of the two family home on Clinton street.

Back in March, police arrested 21-year old Jason Ramos. He was originally charged with conspiracy and accessory to murder, but within the past few days, he struck a deal and has plead guilty to a lesser charge, hindering prosecution. He will be sentenced this fall.

Meanwhile, police made two new arrests in the case. Christopher Arzuaga, 23, has been charged with murder and conspiracy to commit murder. Agustin Vazquez, 28, has been charged with accessory to murder and conspiracy to commit murder. They were arrested July 8 and are being held on a $2 million bond.

Police are still looking for 24-year old Jose Heredia, also known as 'SP', of Hartford. He is described as a Hispanic male with black hair and brown eyes. He is 5'8", 200 pounds and may be driving a 1998 black Nissan Altima with CT plate 211-MAZ.

Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Heredia are asked to call the New Britain Police Department at 860-826-3000 or 860-826-3065.
