Norwalk schools locked down after shooting

NORWALK, Conn. (AP) — Several schools in Norwalk have been locked down as police investigate a shooting in the city.

The Hour of Norwalk reports that an unidentified victim was taken to Norwalk Hospital. There was no word on the person's condition.

The newspaper says police believe the shooter was in a gray, four-door Honda Civic that was seen leaving the scene.

Ponus Middle School and Jefferson and Kendall Elementary schools were locked down.
