NORWICH, Conn. (WTNH)-- Police arrested a man at a Norwich Citgo convenience store for the possession and sale of synthetic marijuana on Tuesday.
Police arrested Mohammad Rayyashi, 39, of Windsor Locks, after executing a search and seizure warrant at the store on 406 West Main Street.
Police seized a vehicle, over $15,000 in cash and approximately 300 bags of synthetic marijuana that is valued in excess of $6,000.
The warrant was obtained after an extensive police investigation and undercover purchases of synthetic marijuana.
Rayyashi posted his $25,000 bond and will appear in court on December 20th.
