Danbury, Conn. (WTNH) - Police say two suspects were able to enter a Danbury home because they had a key.
Adrian Jourdain was arrested after police say he and another suspect illegally entered a home at 1 Beaver Brook Road around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday night.
Police say the victim's former roommate gave Jourdain a key to the home.
A fight broke out after the suspects demanded money. During the fight, the victim sustained non life threatening stabbing-type lacerations to his back. He was treated and released from Danbury Hospital. The victim's girlfriend was also home during the incident, but she was not injured.
After the fight, the two suspects fled. Police were able to find Jourdain near the residence. He was treated at Danbury Hospital for a laceration to his face.
Police are still searching for the other suspect, who has not been identified.
Jourdain was arrested and charged with home invasion, conspiracy to commit home invasion, and assault. he is being held on a $250,000 bond.
