MERIDEN, Conn. (WTNH) -- One shot was fired as police responded to a Meriden apartment to serve a warrant Wednesday morning.
Waterbury police went to the apartment, located at 158 Miller St., to serve a warrant on Christopher Farrow for first-degree robbery in connection with an armed robbery that happened in October.
Police said Farrow has been hiding in Meriden since the incident.
When police arrived, Farrow attempted to escape through a window, but then came back inside.
A Waterbury officer fired one found which didn't strike anyone, police said.
