NORTH HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) -- Three men were arrested in connection with 24 separate acts of vandalism in North Haven, police said.
According to police, 24 complaints of vandalism to both homes and vehicles in North Haven, were made between December 3, 2012, and January 15, 2013.
The vandalism consisted of both marbles and BB's being used to damage personal and public property. Police said in the majority of cases windows were broken.
After investigating, police were able to identify three individuals they say are responsible for the acts of vandalism.
Eighteen-year-old Patrick Legrand, of Wallingford, 19-year-old Kyle Scalzo, of North Haven, and 19-year-old Joshua Nettleton, of North Haven, were all charged with multiple counts of first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal mischief, and third-degree criminal mischief, as well as conspiracy.
Bond was set at $25,000 for each.
