PD: Plainfield man busted for narcotics

PLAINFIELD, Conn. (WTNH) -- A Plainfield man was arrested on narcotics charges after police conducted a search of his home Thursday.

Around 8:30 p.m., Plainfield Police conducted a search at a home located at 4 Mapleshade Ave.

The search came following a lengthy investigation on sales of narcotics at the residence.

As a result of the search, police arrested 26-year-old Stephan E. Valcin, of 4 Mapleshade Ave.

Valcin was charged with possession of narcotics (heroin), possession of narcotics with intent to sell, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was released on a $5,000 bond and is scheduled to appear at Danielson Superior Court on March 11th.
