MILFORD, Conn. (WTNH) -- A Milford restaurant employee was arrested Saturday after allegedly using his cell phone to record woman using the restroom.

The incident occurred at Duchess Restaurant, located at 344 Old Gate Lane.

According to police, on January 3rd, a female customer found a camera phone that was positioned in the paper towel dispenser inside the ladies restroom she was using. When the customer removed the phone, she discovered that it was in recording mode.

Police said it was later determined that the phone belonged to one of the restaurant's employees, 24-year-old Tiago Dominguez, of 982 Capitol Ave., Bridgeport.

Dominguez was charged with voyeurism and second-degree breach of peace.

He was released on a $25,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on February 5th.

Police seized the cell phone and are reviewing it for further potential victims.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Nash of the Milford Police Department at (203) 783-4730 or email rnash@ci.milford.ct.us.
