WEST HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) -- A West Haven man was arrested for the second time in one week on charges he impersonated a police officer.
Chhinnarith Tuy, 22, was first arrested on Saturday after he tried to handcuff a woman while he was wearing a "Police Narcotics" t-shirt.
He was arrested once again on Monday after he again claimed to be a police officer. Tuy is said to have entered a business on Campbell Avenue and explained that his arrest just days before was part of his undercover role.
Officers later found him at his home, where he was arrested.
He has been charged with impersonating a police officer and breach of peace. He was held on bond.
