RIDGEFIELD, Conn. (News-Times) -- Authorities said Friday that they were looking for two suspects who stole more than $100,000 worth of personal property in a home invasion the previous night.
The suspects entered a residence on Oreneca Road sometime between 10:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m., according to a Ridgefield police news release issued on Friday.
Once inside, they confronted the homeowner, who was not injured. One of the suspects flashed a handgun of unknown caliber during the encounter, the homeowner told police, according to the release.
