HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) -- A new arrest has been made in connection with the June 9th murder of Michael Bailey Jr, police say.

Hutchings was taken into custody on Thursday by New Haven Police on a violation of probation warrant. She was subsequently transferred to Hartford Police Department Headquarters on Friday, where she was booked on the charges.
Investigators believe that Hutchings aided fugitive Ashley Howard, wanted by police in connection with the June 9th murder.
Hutchings remains in custody on a $750,000 bond, pending arraignment in Hartford Superior Court. She could face up to ten years in prison on each count of hindering prosecution.
Investigators continue to search for Ashley Howard, 26. She is described as a black female, 5'6" and 160 lbs.
Hartford Police have secured a warrant charging Howard with murder, conspiracy to commit murder, and conspiracy. She has a judge set bond of $2 million.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Ashley Howard is asked to contact Major Crimes Division Commander Lieutenant Brian Foley at (860) 757-4463 or Sergeant Brandon O'Brien at (860) 757-4089.
