SOUTHINGTON, Conn. (WTNH) -- Police are looking for a suspect who robbed the Farmington Bank.
On Monday around 11:50 a.m. police responded to a hold up alarm at the Farmington Bank at 1 Center St. in Southington.
A white male wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt with a knit hat underneath, sunglasses and blue jeans robbed the bank and fled the scene on foot, police reported.
The suspect is approx. 6' tall and has a thin build.
According to police, the suspect entered the bank quickly and demanded money from a teller. No weapon was implied or shown.
The suspect was last seen running from the bank in a northeasterly direction.
According to witnesses, it's possible the suspect left in an older model silver or grayish Ford Taurus.
