Police search for bank robbery suspects

NEW BRITAIN, Conn. (WTNH) -- Police are searching for two suspects who robbed a TD Bank on Friday night.

New Britain and West Hartford police responded to the scene at 587 Hartford Road around 7:30 p.m. West Hartford police were notified because the bank is near the city border.

A K9 unit was used to track the 2 suspects.

Both are considered armed and dangerous according to police.

No injuries were reported.

The amount of money taken is unknown.
