BLOOMFIELD, Conn. (WTNH) -- Police are investigating a robbery that happened at a Bloomfield Subway Tuesday night.
The incident occurred around 8 p.m., at a Subway, located at 985 Blue Hill Ave.
According to police, a male suspect entered the restaurant implying that he had a gun with his hand inside the front pouch pocket of his hooded sweatshirt, and demanded the clerk open the cash register.
The clerk complied and the suspect reached over the counter, grabbed an undetermined amount of cash and fled.
The suspect is described as a black man in his mid to upper 20's, with a thin build, wearing a light blue hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, white sneakers, and a dark baseball cap, which had a holographic sticker on the brim.
