EAST HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) -- Police are searching for two men in connection with an armed robbery that took place at an East Hartford convenience store Thursday.
The incident occurred at Krauszer's convenience store, located at 468 Main St.
A store employee told police that the suspect entered the store displaying a handgun and wearing a mask. The man then demanded all the money.
The employee complied with the suspect's demands and gave him all the money from two registers. The suspect left the store with an undetermined amount of cash.
The suspect is described as a man, 5'7" to 5'9" tall, with a thin build. He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, gloves, blue jeans, and white sneakers at the time of the robbery.
After obtaining surveillance video from the store, police said it appears the suspect had an accomplice.
The second suspect is described as a black man, approximately 5'5" tall, wearing a grey shirt, grey shorts and white sneakers.
The store employee was not injured during the robbery.
