Police search for sex assault suspect

Cheshire, Conn. (WTNH) - Police are searching for a man wanted in connection with a sexual assault that occurred in Cheshire Saturday.

According to police, the suspect, who was believed to be intoxicated at the time of the incident, was armed with a knife and possibly a hand gun.

The suspect is described as a white man with dark brown hair with a buzz cut, a mustache and goatee.

He was seen driving a tan 1998 Chevy Malibu.
