HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) — Hartford police are looking for suspects in an early morning street shooting that injured three people.
Police say shots rang out at about 1:30 a.m. Monday near the corner of Farmington Avenue and Broad Street. Authorities say at least one person in a car opened fired at people in an SUV, and the victims drove themselves to St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center.
The names and conditions of the victims haven't been released. Police say one person was shot in the face.
State police spotted the second car involved, but the suspects got away. The busy intersection near major insurance companies was closed Monday morning as police investigated.
