WEST HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) - Two Bronx residents were arrested in West Haven after police seized $3 million worth of marijuana and tens of thousands of dollars' worth of grow equipment.
Eliezer Sanchez-Diaz, 44, and Manuel Imbert, 40, are being charged with several felonies, including possession with intent to sell and operation of a drug factory.
Cops found 360 pounds of pot in a home at 737 Third Avenue in West Haven on Wednesday.
The West Haven Narcotics squad, along with the Drug Enforcement Association, also uncovered grow equipment that included lights, fans, and humidifiers.
The case also led to another bust out of state in which 140 more plants were confiscated.
