TRUMBULL, Conn. (WTNH) -- Police were able to use a video posted on YouTube to identify a suspect involved in a street race.
Police were called to an illegal street race on Route 25 in Trumbull on January 27.
At least one car was able to speed away before police could identify the driver.
As officers worked to identify the driver, the suspect posted a video of the race on YouTube. Thanks to this video, police were able to identify the driver as 22-year-old Joseph Rodriguez.
Rodriguez was arrested on April 23 and charged with racing on a highway, reckless driving, and engaging police in pursuit.
