Probation terminated for actor

Litchfield, Conn. (WTNH) - Actor Rip Torn is done with the Connecticut judicial system.

On Wednesday, the actor appeared in court in Litchfield for a probation hearing.

Court documents show Torn was doing well and it was recommended that his probation be terminated early.

Torn was arrested last year for being intoxicated and carrying gun inside of a bank in Salisbury.
