Professor accused of sexual assault of minor

WATERBURY, Conn. (WTNH) -- A Naugatuck Community College professor is accused of inappropriately touching an underage girl.

73-year-old Mirvet Muca was arrested last week after the girl, who was a friend of the family, told Waterbury police Muca touched her while she was visiting his home.

Police wouldn't say how old the girl was, only that she is under the age of 16.

Muca is charged with risk of injury and fourth-degree sexual assault.
