Residents tied up as home was robbed

GLASTONBURY, Conn. (WTNH)-- Two people were tied up as their home was being robbed on Monday night in Glastonbury.

Police say a man entered the home on Thompson Street sometime around 10:30 P.M. The intruder had a gun and tied up the man and woman residents before robbing their house.

The woman was injured and taken to Middlesex Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Glastonbury police are still investigating the incident.
