Reward offered for burglary info

SOUTHINGTON, Conn. (WTNH) -- The town of Southington is offering a reward for information regarding a string of residential burglaries.

Several burglaries were reported in the Curtiss St. area, during the late night/early morning hours while people were sleeping in their homes.

Police are reminding residents to lock their windows and doors, and utilize available outdoor lighting.

The town of Southington is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person involved in the crime.

Anyone with any information is asked to call the Southington Police Department at 860-621-0101.
