NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) -- New Haven police are searching for two teens who stole $15 from a 62-year-old man.
62-year-old Roy Draughn was counting his money near Winchester Avenue and Munson Street around 5:19 p.m. on Sunday when he was approached by two black men in their late teens.
The pair snatched the money and took off running.
Draughn and a witness took off running after the boys, but they weren't able to catch up with them.
Police are now searching for the suspects. The first suspect was about 5'4" and skinny. He had a light complexion and black hair that was pulled back in a pony tail. He was wearing a white t-shirt and tan shorts.
The other suspect had a dark complexion and stood about 5'06". He was unshaved and was wearing a blue shirt.
Draughn was not injured in the incident.
