Clinton, Conn. (WTNH) - A Clinton school was placed under a "modified" lockdown after a threat was made against the school.
According to Clinton Police, around 11 a.m., school authorities at The Morgan High School called police regarding a direct threat that had been made against the school.
As a result, for a short period of time students were restricted from leaving classes.
When police arrived at the school, they immediately arrested a 17-year-old student.
After Clinton Police and State Police completed a joint search of the school, students were dismissed for the day.
