DARIEN, Conn. (WTNH) -- A Darien Subway employee was arrested after allegedly installing a spy camera in the restaurant's bathroom.

The camera was discovered in a unisex bathroom at the Subway, located at 22 Heights Rd.

After examining the camera footage, police said three individuals had been unknowingly caught on video. In addition to the three victims, the suspect who installed the camera was also caught on video and was later identified as a Subway employee.

The suspect, 21-year-old Marco Dias, of 170 Kaechele St., Bridgeport, was arrested and charged with three counts of voyeurism.

Dias was held on a $25,000 bond, but police said during processing it was discovered that he is an "illegal alien."

Immigration Service was contacted and Dias is now being held indefinitely. He has no prior criminal history.
