NEW BRITAIN, Conn. (WTNH) -- An arrest has been made in connection to a series of larcenies from motor vehicles in New Britain.
Police arrested Roberto Padilla, 48, on four counts of burglary and one count of larceny.
Police say that a rash of larcenies occurred in city parking garages at 40 Chestnut Street and 35 Washington Street.
Padilla reportedly broke the windows of vehicles and stole various items that were located inside.
Padilla is currently being held on bonds totaling $80,000 and his court date is set for Monday, August 20th.
