Suspect sought in connection with Norwalk shooting

NORWALK, Conn. (WTNH)-- Norwalk police are looking for a suspect in connection with the shooting that occurred in the Kendall Elementary School parking lot last Sunday.

Police say they have an active arrest warrant for Kareem Leach, 26, for assault, robbery and conspiracy.

Leach is described as approximately 5'7" and 165 lbs., with a distinct tattoo on his right arm.

Police say he should be considered armed and dangerous.

Anyone with information on Leach's whereabouts is asked to contact Detective Hudyma at 203-854-3192.
