WEST HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) -- Two Hartford teens found themselves in handcuffs after police say they caught them breaking into cars in West Hartford.
Christopher Franco and Angel Rodriguez, both 19, were arrested around 1:45 a.m. Tuesday morning.
Police say they were working surveillance along Farmington Avenue and Ardmore Road when they spotted the pair breaking into cars.
Officers say numerous car burglaries in this area have been reported over the last 10 days.
Franco and Rodriguez were charged with burglary, larceny, and credit card theft.
Police say the investigation is ongoing and additional charges are forthcoming.
