GLASTONBURY, Conn. (WTNH)-- Police arrested two men with 65 bags of heroin in a Glastonbury parking lot on Thursday evening.
Police say they were conducting a buy/bust operation around 6:30 PM in a Home Depot parking lot when they seized 65 bags of heroin, $291 in cash and a 2003 Infiniti G35.
James Brown, 22, of East Hartford, was arrested for possession of heroin and possession of heroin with intent to sell. His bond is set at $150,000.
Brown also has two other arrest warrants for the sale and possession of cocaine, each warrant with a bond set for $350,000.
The driver of the car, Fabian Augustine, 22, of West Hartford, was also charged with possession of heroin and possession of heroin with intent to sell. His bond is set at $250,000.
