In the apartment, police found Harrell and his roommate Piero Scheps, 23. There was also a 20-year-old woman who was visiting from Shelton.

Police say in all they removed three boxes of handgun ammunition, over 300 pounds of marijuana, 14 grams of crack cocaine, 14 grams of powder cocaine, 30 bags of heroin, three digital scales, a vacuum sealer, hundreds of assorted bags for drug packaging, a marijuana grinder, several I-phones, brass knuckles and $1, 257.00 in cash.

Harrell and Scheps were charged with ten drugs crimes, including operating a drug factory.
