WATERBURY, Conn. (AP) — A Waterbury woman is scheduled to be arraigned on a murder charge, accused of stabbing her neighbor to death.
Police say 56-year-old Darlene Morey stabbed 54-year-old Daniel Edmond Friday at the home of third neighbor whom they had gone to visit.
Witnesses told police that Morey and Edmond got into an argument at home on Scott Road, before she grabbed a kitchen knife and stabbed him in the chest.
He died at Saint Mary's Hospital.
She is being held on a $1 million bond and was scheduled to be in court on Monday morning.
